This is State Representative Terry Brown. I am so thrilled to be host of such a lovely group that presented for us on April 24th. The Thumb Pioneer Music and Dance Society of Bad Axe came out and did some special folk dance and music and it was such a thrill. We saw folks that were there from the age of 12 on up to 91 years old. And I was told by Bernie Sullivan, one of the people that are leading this event, that they're here and they wanted to come and perform at the Capitol for the folks in Michigan to recognize that there is hope, that they're people that are continually working to make Michigan a wonderful place to be and these are some of those fine examples from the Thumb area that were here. They're from Huron and Tuscola and Sanilac County and it was a real thrill to see them giving it all they can to put Michigan on the map and actually put the Thumb area on the map. So we're thrilled to have them and again to the group, The Thumb Pioneer Music and Dance Society: thank you so much for presenting to all of Michigan your great example and your great leadership. Thank you.
